Port St. Joe, Fla. -- The spirit of the holidays will come alive in the main hallway of Sacred Heart Hospital on the Gulf as the hospital’s Volunteer Guild hosts its annual Holiday Show and Sale Extravaganza on Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 18-20.
Guests of the extravaganza will discover unique holiday decorations, tree ornaments, manger scenes, angels, music boxes, gift items, baby clothing, holiday games, festive toys and table décor. The event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
“The Christmas Extravaganza is a true celebration of holiday spirit of the hospital,” said Paulina Pendarvis, Volunteer Coordinator. “Our theme for the gift shops is ‘Shopping with a Purpose,’ and the holiday sale is a great place to begin a wonderful season of giving and sharing with others.”
The Sacred Heart Gift Shop is a non-profit fundraising program operated by the Sacred Heart Hospital Volunteer Guild. The main Gift Shop is scheduled to open on December 6. Proceeds generated from the Gift Shop and this sale will support services at Sacred Heart.
