Updated Severe Weather Briefing for Tonight and Tuesday

An updated severe weather pdf presentation is available at:

This briefing details a potential severe weather event starting Tuesday
night and continuing through Tuesday evening.

The main points with this event:

**Slight Risk has been issued for Tonight and on Tuesday for portions of
our Forecast Area**

**Strong to severe storms will be possible early Tuesday Morning across
the Florida Panhandle and adjacent coastal waters.

**These storms will spread inland across the Florida Big Bend, Southeast
Alabama, and Southwest Georgia later in the morning and into the
afternoon hours on Tuesday.

**Rain chances will diminish shortly after sunset Tuesday as the cold
front moves across the region.

**While severe probabilities currently remain low (10 to 15 percent),
the main threat with the strongest storms will be damaging winds.

**An isolated tornado is possible, particularly with any storms moving
inland ahead of the main line.
