Attorney Johnny Boggs hired to help with BP claims process

            If you have questions about your BP claim or the process, there is now someone to that can help.

Panama City Attorney Johnny Boggs has been hired by the Gulf Coast Claims Facility to help people with issues or questions they are experiencing with their claims.

He will be able to provide more details about the status of their claims and assist in determining and submitting the necessary documents needed in order to qualify for a final, interim or ‘quick pay’ claim.
Mister Boggs will only be at the claims office in Apalachicola two days a week – so you will need to make an appointment to see him.

He will be at the claims facility at the old Apalachicola High School on Wednesday and Thursdays each week from 10:00 am- 4:00 pm est.
