Big changes at St. Joe


The St. Joe Company is undergoing some major changes in leadership.
The company announced on Sunday that Britt Greene who has been with St. Joe for 13 years, has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.
He will step down from the positions of President and CEO this week.
The company said it will begin searching for a new CEO immediately.
Three other board members will also resign from the nine-member board.
Four new directors, including former governor Charlie Crist will be joining the group.
The company said that St. Joe is committed to acting in the best interests of shareholders, and is taking steps to change the Company’s governance and leadership to build shareholder value and advance St. Joe’s leadership position in the Northwest Florida real estate market.
