Franklin County Humane Society Pet of the Week

Magnificient MISTY!  Misty is a gorgeous one year old Catahoula mix.  She
has blue merle coloring and blue and brown colored eyes unique to the
breed.  She is very social and needs plenty of exercise.  She would make
a great family pet for an active family with plenty of room.  She gets
along well with most dogs but she does have some alpha tendencies so if
there is another dog in the household, it should have a neutral or
submissive temperament.


VOLUNTEERS are desperately needed to socialize Misty and all of the
other dogs and cats.  We are always looking for people willing to bring
one of our animals into their home to be fostered for various needs.
