Franklin County Humane Society pet of the week

Dorothy is a beautiful 5 month old black Labrador Retriever.  She is
sweet, social and playful.  Everything you could want in a puppy.  We
have many black dogs here at the Adoption Center because often times they
are overlooked.  It is such an issue in shelter's that it has been dubbed
"black dog syndrome".  Please come and meet our extraordinary black dogs
and give one the home it deserves.

VOLUNTEERS are desperately needed to socialize Lancelot and all of the
other dogs and cats.  We are always looking for people willing to bring
one of our animals into their home to be fostered for various needs.
Anytime you can spare would be greatly appreciated.

Call Karen at 670-8417 for more details or visit the Franklin County
Humane Society at 244 State Road 65 in Eastpoint.  You may log onto the
website at www.forgottenpets.org to see more of our adoptable pets.
