Vinyard Jr. will be special guest speaker~ Kids learn about Florida's water and aquatic species at a newly opened exhibit at the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve. EASTPOINT – The Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve  will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new education and research facility and a media tour with Secretary Herschel T.
