The Franklin County Nutrition Association Backpack Buddies program - "because hunger doesn't stop on weekend". This program gives needy student with a verified economical hardship a backpack every Friday filled with nutritious food & snacks for the weekend. The backpacks are returned each Monday & restocked for the next Friday. Your support is critical to the success of this program. You can help sponsor a child . The tax deductible cost for one child is just $5 a week, $25 a month or $300 a year. That is less than $1 per meal. A donation of any amount is much appreciated.
