East Manatee Fire Rescue District Commissioner Glenn A. Davis passed away Thursday, August 16, 2011. Commissioner Davis served over 25 years with the East Manatee Fire District. In memory of Commissioner Davis, the Governor authorizes the lowering of the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to half-staff on Saturday, August 20, 2011, at the City Hall in Bradenton, Florida and at the East Manatee Fire Rescue District of Manatee County, Florida.
