Wakulla county sheriff's major named to Judicial Nominating Commission

A Wakulla County sheriff’s official has been named to the Second Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.

Maurice Langston of Crawfordville and Kristina Osterhaus of Tallahassee were both named to the commission which privides the governor with a list of possible appointments to the various state courts.

Mister Langston is a major with the Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office. 

Miss Osterhaus is an attorney.

Both of their terms will end in 2015.
