The Florida Highway Patrol is taking part in the national Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign through Labor Day.
Thousands of law enforcement agencies across the nation are taking part in the campaign through September the 5th to reduce the number of drunk drivers on US roads.
The campaign will put more officers on the roads especially during the four-day holiday weekend from September 2nd through the 5th.
Highway Patrol Auxiliary troopers also will volunteer to augment the Patrol over the holiday weekend which is one of the busiest driving weekends of the year.
