The
Franklin county sheriffs office is looking for information
on Eastpoint residents Norman Bill Williams junior.
Mister Williams is a
convicted Sexual predator; he was convicted in 2006 of sexual battery on a
juvenile victim under 12.
Mister Williams is a 56
year old White male with brown hair and brown eyes.
He is six foot three and
weighs 250 pounds and has tattoos on his neck.
