Franklin County Humane Society Pet of the Week

Dixie is a 1 yr old Jack Russell mix that was owner surrendered to us.
Just look at those eyes! She is a real snuggle bug and loves nothing more
than to be held or sit close by.  She gets along well with children as
well as other dogs so she will make a great inside, companion dog.  Come
meet sweet Dixie if you have been looking for a lap dog for yourself or
your family.

Volunteers are desperately needed to socialize Dixie and all of
the other dogs and cats.  We are always looking for people willing to
bring one of our animals into their home to be fostered for various
needs. Anytime you can spare would be greatly appreciated.
