Franklin County Commission meets Tuesday

Franklin County Commissioners will meet tomorrow morning in Apalachicola.

The board will open bids for two separate items.

The first will be to choose a company to remove the revetment at Alligator Point.

The second is to choose a new county auditor.

There will also be the regular monthly reports from county department heads and more than likely the Apalachicola airport will also be discussed.

County Commission meetings are open to the public – so if you’d like to check it out – the meeting begins at 9 at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex in Apalachicola.
