Other Disturbances / Areas to Watch
Disturbance 23 has redeveloped and is located near 10N and 52W. It is moving to the west at 20 to 25 mph. Whileno development is expected, it is likely to bring periods of heavy rain and gusty winds to the southern Windward Islands and northern Venezuela in about 24 hours.

Disturbance 24 is an upper low near 25.4N and 66.0W. It has slowed and is now moving to the west at about 7 mph. A turn to the northwest and north is expected during the next few days, keeping the disturbance to the east of the United States East Coast. There continues to be no surface reflection of this low. Development is not expected.

Disturbance 25 has been added to the analysis. It is a tropical wave in the east Atlantic near 27W. It is moving to the west at 10 to 15 mph. No development is expected.

Long-Range Discussion
The American computer model is indicating that a depression or a weak storm may form in the tropical Atlantic in about 5 days. However, this is considered unlikely as environmental conditions are expected to be unfavorable for development. No development is likely through the next week or two.
