Tallahassee-Leon Community Animal Service Center offering free animal adoptions on all its homeless pets on Saturday and Sunday


If you’ve been thinking about adopting a pet – it might be worth a trip to Tallahassee this weekend.
The Tallahassee-Leon Community Animal Service Center will celebrate Homeless Animal Day by offering free animal adoptions on all its homeless pets on Saturday and Sunday.
This weekend's adoptions include vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, a small bag of food, adoption packet, collar and tag and spay or neuter surgery where applicable.
All spayed and neutered animals are free for adoption.
Animals in need of spaying or neutering require a deposit, which is fully refundable with proof of the surgery.
This is the third year that the Tallahassee-Leon Community Animal Service Center has offered an adoption special in recognition of International Homeless Animal Day.
The ASC is located at 1125 Easterwood Drive (near Tom Brown Park) it is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 1-5 p.m. Sunday.
