NOAA Lifts Trade Restrictions on Importing Bigeye Tuna from Bolivia and Georgia - Find out how the two countries now meet conservation and management requirements of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas and trade restrictions are no longer needed.

Shuster Jr. Horseshoe Crab Reserve for biomedical purposes and require collection of data on horseshoe crabs' status within the reserve.Comment on the proposed permit through September 25, 2012.

NOAA Fisheries Reopens Comment Period for Salmon Recovery Plan -Comment on Proposed Endangered Species Act Recovery Plan for Lower Columbia River Chinook Salmon, Lower Columbia River Coho Salmon, Columbia River Chum Salmon, and Lower Columbia River Steelhead through October 9, 2012.

Puget Sound Partnership Releases First Annual Report on Conditions of Sound's Marine Waters - This inaugural report providesdata from comprehensive monitoring programs and a summary of what was happening in Puget Sound's marine waters during 2011. Find out how this information enhances our understanding of this ecosystem and will improve monitoring and restoration efforts.
