RE:                  Flags at Half-Staff

            As a mark of respect for the memory of all firefighters who have given their lives to protect us, and in observance of the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service, I hereby direct the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at all local and state buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the State of Florida from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, October 7, 2012.
