Legal Services of North Florida attorneys will host
a FREE Legal Clinic in Panama City
next Monday to help low-income residents and small business owners who want
advice on their eligibility under the BP Oil Spill claims process.
All
participants in the clinic will have an opportunity to discuss their claim with
an attorney unless a conflict of interest is found.
Free
full representation may follow if the claimants meet eligibility requirements.
Legal
assistance is offered to clients whose income is below 300% of the federal
poverty guidelines.
The
clinic will be held Monday, February 4th from 9:00
a.m.
to 2:00 p.m. Central Time at the Bay
County Government Center at 840 W. 11th Street in Panama City .
Walk-ins
are welcome, but attendees with appointments will be given first priority.
