Wakulla County averaged over a crash a day in 2012

According to the Wakulla County sheriff’s office, November was the most dangerous month of 2012 on Wakulla County roads and September was the safest.

There were 405 traffic crashes in Wakulla County last year, 54 of them happened in November. 

April ranked as the second most dangerous with 45 traffic crashes. There were 36 in March and 35 in October.

The safest month to drive in Wakulla was September with only 24 crashes. 

Overall Wakulla County averaged 1.1 traffic crashes per day in 2012 and several of the traffic crashes did result in fatalities.
