Notice is given that on March 28, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. (ET), at the Carrabelle City Hall, 106 SE Avenue B, Carrabelle, Florida 32322, the Franklin County Restore Council shall hold a public organizational meeting. Interested Persons may appear at the meeting and be heard.
Any party who may wish to appeal the decisions made at this public meeting is responsible for making a verbatim transcript of the meeting.
