DOT to perform soil testing along Highway 98 near Port St. Joe on Tuesday

          Driving on Highway 98 in Port St. Joe could take a little longer on Tuesday.

Department of Transportation crews will perform soil testing on Highway 98 in Gulf County east of Port St. Joe on Tuesday.

Motorists can expect intermittent lane restrictions between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The maintenance activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather.

Drivers are reminded to pay attention to the speed limit when traveling through the work zone.
