Precautionary Boil water for White City

PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE
PWS # 1230545

April 1, 2013

All White City customers East of the Bridge

Due to a need to repair a water line that supplies your drinking water, there is a concern
for possible contamination. Therefore, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for
drinking or cooking be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative
bottled water may used for these purposes.

When the main has been repaired and flushed. A bacteriological sample of the water will
be collected and sent to the laboratory. This precautionary boil water notice will remain
in effect until the bacteriological sample shows the water is safe to drink.

If you have any questions you may contact Larry McClamma at the Water Department
Office at 229-1421, 229-6395 or John Grantland at the City of Port St. Joe Public Works
Office at 229-8247.
