PSA for the Lion's Club Duck Race

The Carrabelle Lions Club will hold it’s second annual Duck Race during the
Carrabelle Riverfront Festival on Saturday April 27th.

You can purchase a ticket to enter your duck in the race for $5.00 each. The more
tickets you purchase the greater the chance you have to win the $500.00 first place
prize. At 5 P.M. the ducks will be released into the Carrabelle river and will drift with
the current towards the finish line. You need not be present to win.

You can purchase your tickets from the Lions Club at the festival or , ahead of time,
from any Club member as well as from Martin’s House of Coins on the corner of Hwy
98 and Bay shore Drive.

Rest assured that no ducks will be injured during this event.
