11 arrested in early morning drug bust

In the early morning hours of June 13, 2013 The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of Apalachicola and Carrabelle Police Departments, executed a Drug/Narcotics Roundup. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division has been working diligently to rid the streets of Franklin County of illegal drugs. There were a total of eleven subjects arrested on various drug/narcotic related offenses. The charges range from the sale of crack cocaine, prescription medication and cannabis. While executing the warrants additional charges were filed due to the discovery of two of the subjects being in actual physical possession of narcotics. Additional arrests are pending in reference to this investigation.
