Area of low pressure remains poorly defined with winds currently sustained  around 30 mph.  Overall forecast remains unchanged, although there is now a 60% chance of development into a Tropical Depression or even a low-end Tropical Storm in the next 48 hrs.  Regardless, heavy rainfall, especially near any intense thunderstorm flare-ups, could produce localized flooding, especially over the FL Big Bend into s-central GA Thursday into Friday morning.  Flash Flood Watches are in effect for those counties through Friday morning.

Could see 2-3’ increase above normal tides in Apalachee Bay, 9-11 feet seas offshore.  Increases for Franklin and Wakulla coast should occur roughly from 5am-10am EDT, Thu, and over Dixie and Taylor county between 11a-4pm EDT.  (Specific timing a rough estimate.)
