Franklin County Humane Society Pet of the Week

POPEYE! Popeye is a Rottweiler mix and a special needs dog.  He was
brought to us missing his right eye but is in every other sense, a
perfect dog.  He has the good looks of a Rotti but is only 36 lbs and is
sweet and gentle with everyone.  Even with his limited sight he loves to
fetch and will retrieve like a Labrador.  Having only one eye hasn't
slowed this dog down one bit so don't let it keep you from adopting this
oh so very adoptable dog!


Volunteers are desperately needed to socialize all of our dogs and cats.
We are always looking for people willing to bring one of our animals into
their home to be fostered for various needs. Anytime you can spare would
be greatly appreciated.
