Along with assistance from Franklin County Sheriff Deputy’s Chase Richards and Kevin Shuman, Officer Creamer arrived on scene and was advised the suspect to be wearing a white t-shirt and most likely entered through the roof and was still inside the CVS pharmacy store at the time.  Upon Officer Creamer and Deputies Shuman and Richards approaching the rear of the store, the suspect was spotted on the roof of the store attempting to climb down a ladder onto the rooftop of a storage shed located at the rear of the store.
