Affordable Health Care sign up at the library

The Florida Department of Health in Gulf & Franklin Counties and Franklin County Public Libraries in Eastpoint and Carrabelle will be hosting Health Insurance Marketplace outreach and enrollment assistance for the Affordable Care Act. Certified application counselors will be on hand to answer questions about health insurance and will also provide enrolling assistance. An appointment is preferred but walk-ins will be worked in. Please bring to the appointment Social Security numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants) for each family member; birth dates for each family member; pay stubs, W-2 forms, or recent tax return; and policy numbers for any current health insurance. To make an appointment for March 10th, 25th, or 27th call the Eastpoint Library Branch at 850 670 8151. To make an appointment for March 17th, 18th, or 24th call the Carrabelle Library Branch at 850 697 2366.
