It’s now less expensive for restaurants and other food service
establishments to take part in festivals and other short-term events.
The Florida
Department of Business and Professional Regulation has cut the price for its
annual temporary event license for public food service establishments by 55
percent which drops the price from 1000 dollars to $456.
The Department
of Business and Professional Regulation’s inspects public food service
establishments at temporary events, such as fairs, carnivals, flea and farmers
markets and other short-term events.
Annual vendor
licenses allow the licensee to operate at an unlimited number of temporary
events throughout the year.
