 Missing/Runaway Juvenile - Tykira Vincent Tykira Vincent The Tallahassee Police Department's Special Victims Unit is seeking the whereabouts of 14 year old Tykira Vincent. Tykira is approximately 4 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds. She has brown eyes and black braided hair. Tykira was last seen walking in the area of Tartary Drive and she frequents the area of the Apalachee Ridge Neighborhood as well as Country Club Drive.
