Routine Maintenance work on two Calhoun County Bridges

Chipley – A Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) contractor will perform routine maintenance work on two Calhoun County bridges.  No lane closures are expected, however, crews will be working from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the following locations:

·        State Road (S.R.) 71 Chipola River Bridge, 8.5 miles north of the Gulf County lineThursday, Feb. 13 and Friday, Feb. 14. 

·        S.R. 20 Apalachicola River Relief Bridge, 1 mile east of S.R. 71.

All construction activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather. Motorists are reminded to pay attention and use caution when driving through the work zone.
