Florida Museum of History opening exhibit "The Lure of Florida Fishing"

If you would like to learn more about the history of fishing in Florida, you might want to stop by the Museum of Florida History beginning March the 13th.
The museum has a new special exhibit, The Lure of Florida Fishing, with more than 100 artifacts, including artwork, historic images, trophies, fish mounts and tackle help tell the tale of sport fishing in the Sunshine State.
This exhibit explains how fishing became such a popular activity for visitors and residents alike. 
Organizations and individuals from around the state and country have loaned items for display.

The Museum of Florida History is located in the R. A. Gray Building at 500 South Bronough Street in Tallahassee
