Tonya's Hope accepting donations for yard sale fundraiser

The annual Tonya’s Hope fund-raiser is coming up on April the 5th in Lanark Village and organizers will begin to accept donations for the yard sale beginning this week.
Tonya’s Hope Day has been held every year since 2007 American Legion Post 82 in Lanark Village in honor of cancer victim Tonya Bridges.
The group raises money through the event for cancer patients around Franklin County.
The money raised through "Tonyas Hope" goes to help relieve some of the stress of everyday bills not covered by insurance such as - gas, tires, babysitting services, house cleaning, groceries, and utility bills.
The event includes a yard sale, pig roast, and live entertainment.
It is held every year at the American legion post 82 in Lanark Village.
If you would like to donate items for the yard sale, the American Legion Post  in Lanark Village will start accepting yard sale donations beginning Thursday.

The Legion opens at 4PM every day.
