Franklin County sheriff's officer releases android app

If you want to keep up with what’s going on at the Franklin County Sheriff’s office – there’s an app for that.

The sheriff’s department has just released an app for android devices that allows users to news and events.

You can also see arrests, amber alerts, crime stoppers, and the list of sex offenders living locally.

The app also provides access to the sheriff’s department website and facebook page, and to submit tips.

The sheriff’s office says it is currently awaiting approval from FDLE that will allow the app to show all calls made to dispatch.

To download the app just go to the google store and search for Franklin County Florida sheriff’s department.
