4 arrested for manufacture, sale and use of Methamphetamine

On Friday September 19, 2014 Officer's from the Franklin County Sheriff's Office and Carrabelle Police Department executed two search warrants in Carrabelle, Florida in an effort to curtail the Manufacture of Methamphetamine. Officer's entered and secured the two residence's, one being located on Carlton Millender Road and the other on 3rd Street West. Occupants were detained while a search of each residence was conducted. After the search was completed items such as methamphetamine, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, marijuana, digital scales, lithium batteries, coleman fuel, acetone, propane blow torch, ammonium nitrate, syringe, empty pseudoephedrine packs, glass smoking pipes were found, all which are consistent with the manufacture, sale and use of Methamphetamine.

A 2006 Hummer was seized from the residence on 3rd Street West as contraband in violation of the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act and is currently being held at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.

Subjects Arrested during the search warrants were Dennis "Lake" Beebe and Lake Ann McCullar from the Carlton Millender Road residence. Justin Massey and Sylvia Keith were arrested from the 3rd Street West residence.

Charges ranging from Possession of Listed Chemicals, Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Legend Drug without Prescription, Cultivation of Cannabis, Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
