REGISTRATION DATES: SATURDAY 1/31/15 AND 2/7/15

REGISTRATION TIMES: 8:00AM TO 12:00PM

OR DURING OFFICE HOURS: TUESDAY 1/20/15 TO FRIDAY 2/6/15

8:00AM TO 5:00PM

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: SATURDAY 2/7/15, 12:00PM

REGISTRATION PLACE: MEDART RECREATION PARK,OFF HWY 98

AGE DETERMINING DATE: APRIL 30^TH, 2015

T-BALL MINOR LEAGUE 4 & 5 $40.00

T-BALL MAJOR LEAGUE 6 & 7 $40.00

Pitching Machine League 7& 8 $45.00

WAKULLA CAL RIPKEN LEAGUE-Minor * 9 & 10 $100.00

WAKULLA CAL RIPKEN LEAGUE -Major* 11 &12 $100.00

(All Cal Ripken players must attend Skills Assessment being conducted during registration

times. Please bring your child with baseball gear- glove, batting helmet and bat to registration

so he may run, throw, catch and hit.)

BABE RUTH ASSOCIATION * 13-15 $115.00

GIRLS SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION * 9-10 $60.00

GIRLS SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION * 11- 12 $60.00

* Means a Copy of Birth Certificate Required

All leagues age determining dates are April 30^th,

except Girls Softball age determining date is January 1^st.

Registration DEADLINE for T-ball and Pitching Machine League is 2/7/15 at 12:00 P.M.

All of the Associations deadlines may vary so please sign up early so your child secures a spot.
