Lemon Law Arbitrators Sought



TALLAHASSEE, Fla.— Attorney General Pam Bondi’s Office is seeking applications for new appointees to the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board. The board is responsible for resolving disputes between consumers and manufacturers under the Lemon Law. Arbitration hearings before three member panels are held at locations throughout the state. Knowledge, experience or training in law, automobile technology, engineering, or the review and analysis of technical information are useful; a penchant for public service is required. The Attorney General’s Office is an equal opportunity employer and seeks to have the board’s composition reflect the rich diversity of Florida’s population. 

Applications for the term commencing July 1, 2015, must be received by May 1, 2015. The application form and more information about the Lemon Law Arbitration Program are available on the Attorney General’s website at MyFloridaLegal.com.
