The Buccaneer Inn on St. George Island is doing a fund-raiser this weekend to raise money for Simona Lucas.
Simona is a 2007 graduate of Carrabelle High School. She recently married her high school sweetheart (Clay from Eastpoint) just days before learning she has breast cancer.
The Buccaneer is doing a balloon pop, $5 to pop a balloon and you can win a prize (prizes include Oyster Radio T-shirts and a super-cool Bob Marley Live cd and DVD.) Just stop by the Buccaneer any time this weekend to take part. They are also raffling off a liquor basket. All monies raised will go to Simona Lucas who was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 25. She has 3 small children and needs help with medical expenses, transportation and child care.
