IDENTITY OF BURGLARY SUSPECT SOUGHT




Sheriff Mike Harrison is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect of a residential burglary. The Gulf County Sheriff’s Office investigated the complaint of a burglary in the 100 block of Sunray Court, in Beacon Hill, on Saturday, October 17, 2015. During the offense several purses were stolen, one of which contained a victim’s credit card that was used shortly  thereafter at the Express Lane on St. Joe Beach.

Images of the suspect who used the credit card were captured on the store’s surveillance system. The suspect, described as a white male approximately 5’ 04” in height and 200 pounds, was wearing a red tank top shirt with black shorts and flip-flops. He also wore a University of Alabama baseball cap. It’s believed the suspect drove a white four door Toyota Camry, possibly a 2012 to 2015 model. The suspect was last seen traveling west bound on U.S. Highway 98.
