The Florida Department of Transportation
will officially lower the speed limit on cape San Blas road in Gulf County on
Wednesday.
DOT said that based on the results of a recent speed study, the speed
limit on Cape San Blas Road east of the State Park entrance in Gulf County
will be lowered from 45 MPH to 35 MPH.
Road
workers will install the new signs on Wednesday morning at 9 a.m..
