Mediacom expands viewing for January 14 GOP Presidential Debate;
FOX Business Network available as special preview

·         Jan. 14 GOP Presidential Debates to be televised on FOX Business Network (FBN)
·         Mediacom subscribers given free, 24-hour network preview on debate date

GULF BREEZE, FL – January 11, 2016 – FOX Business Network (FBN) will host its second Republican Presidential Primary Debate next week, and Mediacom has made special arrangements to ensure that its customers can access the cable news channel by making it available as a free preview.

The primetime GOP debate will be held in North Charleston, South Carolina at 9 PM/ET on Thursday, January 14. FBN’s first presidential debate in November broke previous network ratings records, prompting Mediacom to request viewing access for customers who do not subscribe to an optional channel set where FBN is carried, along with 20 other sports and information channels. FOX Business News anchors Maria Bartiromo and Neil Cavuto will moderate the debate.

Any Mediacom customer using a digital converter (set-top box) will be able to tune-in and watch the January 14 debate at channel 248 (SD viewing) or in high-definition at channel 675 or 775.  During the preview period, viewers can also watch the regular lineup of business programs produced and televised on FBN, a financial news channel owned by 21st Century Fox (FOXA).
