DOT to discuss Gulf County bridge project this afternoon

The Florida Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting this afternoon to talk about proposed improvements to Highway 98 over Saint Joe Bay Inlet Bridge in Gulf County.
DOT plans to replace the existing bridge with a new concrete structure.
They expect to take bids for construction in the summer of 2019.
There will be no formal presentation at the meeting, but DOT workers will be available to discuss the project and answer questions.

There will also be maps, drawings, and other information on display.

The public information meeting will be Thursday, April 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Gulf County Senior Center in Port Saint Joe.
