The Florida Fish
and Wildlife Conservation Commission is hosting three public webinars to
discuss the state’s black bear management program and answer questions.
The webinars will include new
bear population estimates, 2016 bear range updates, and information on Bear
Wise communities.
FWC will also discuss the results
of the 2015 limited bear hunt, and get public input concerning a possible hunt
in 2016.
The webinars will be held May
26th, May 31st and June 2nd.
