Political meet and greet today at the Crooked River Grill

The Franklin county Democratic Party will hold a meet the candidates event today at the Crooked River Grill Restaurant at the St. James Bay Golf resort.

All local candidates have been invited to speak and meet with voters.

That includes candidates for Franklin county sheriff, superintendent of schools and election supervisor.

Candidates for state attorney and for congress have also been invited.

There will be free appetizers and a cash bar.

There will also be campaign materials available.

A suggested $10 donation is being requested to offset the cost of the event.

The meet and greet begins at 6 and should run till about 9 PM.
