Please bring to the event: 

Drivers License, Social Security Card, DD-214, High School Diploma or G E D, Birth Certificate, Residence History (10 years), Employment History (5 years)

If   you would like to take the Criminal Justice Basic Abilities Test (required for employment). Please bring a money order in the amount of $12 made payable to The Florida Department of Corrections
