The
Franklin County Public Libraries in Carrabelle and Eastpoint will
reopen to the public on Monday, May 18th.
The
libraries will reopen at 25% capacity to insure people can safely
distance themselves from other library patrons.
Staff
could resume desk functions with members of the public at a 25%
capacity on an appointment entry basis.
All items returned to the library will still have to be placed in book drops – and returned items will be quarantined for 4 days before they can be checked out again.
Meeting
rooms will also remain closed.
Only 25% of the Library’s public access computers will be open for access.
An
appointment to enter the building will be required to access the
computers.
Computer
time will be limited to thirty minutes per patron.
Access
to seating and power for laptops will be provided with the same
stipulations for access to WiFi.
