Gulf Specimen Marine Lab is Releasing Scuttle, the Kemp's Ridley! On Wednesday, August 24th at 12:00, Gulf Specimen Marine Lab will be releasing Scuttle, the Kemp's Ridley! We will be releasing her from the first public beach access at Alligator Point, FL. Scuttle came to us after being hooked in the jaw, and has since recovered fully. She is eating well and is as sassy as can be, so she has been deemed healthy and ready for release! This will be a public event, so all are welcome to join us in wishing her a safe journey as she continues on! *Parking at Alligator Point is limited so please plan accordingly and park only where permitted* Lend A Hand!
