Friends of the Wakulla Library October Update

Our Mission: to stimulate public support, understanding and use of the Wakulla County Public Library and to adequately serve the children of this county by purchasing books, videos, and funding all children's programs.

This Saturday, October 29, 2022, is The Halloween Story Walk at Azalea Park.  please let you friends and family know about this wonderful event.  This is a very popular and fun event for children of all ages. Also, there is still time to bring individually wrapped candy to the library for this event. Please be on the lookout for the Friends of the Library Friendship Garden. More details coming soon.

OCTOBER DRAWING The September drawing for a $50.00 Shell Gift Card was very successful. The October Drawing will be for a $50.00 Amazon Gift Card. This drawing will be held on November 1. Remember that you can get a free ticket to the drawing by bringing 5 non-perishable food items for the Blessing Box. All proceeds help the Friends of the Library.

GENERAL MEETING Our next General Meeting of the Friends will be on Thursday October 27, 2022, at 6 pm. The meeting will be held at the library. The meeting will also be available Via Zoom at https://us05web.zoom.us/j/81627506133?pwd=RjVYaTBwc0xVOStpMzNVdDFlWnZhdz09 Please feel free to join us either at the library or on zoom.
