New Features Added to Fisheries Financial Services Portal

We are continuing our effort to modernize our financial services system with updates to the online portal. Current account holders now have additional features to further access and process their account information. We will release additional capabilities and access soon.

Alaska

New Evidence of Seasonal and Temperature-Driven Movement of Alaska Pollock across the U.S.-Russia Maritime Boundary

Meet Alphina Liusamoa, Sea Turtle Biologist in American Samoa

Alphina Luisamoa grew up exploring nature on Manu’atele, one of the islands making up the American Samoa archipelago. She shares how her childhood interests in nature and the ocean led her to study marine biology, and eventually study sea turtles at the American Samoa Department of Marine and Wildlife Resources.

Proposed Incidental Take Regulations for the SouthCoast Wind Project

We’re seeking public comment on proposed incidental take regulations, pursuant to the Marine Mammal Protection Act, that would govern the incidental harassment of marine mammals related to the SouthCoast Wind Project within the Massachusetts Wind Energy Area. The public comment period on the proposed rule will be open from June 27 to July 29, 2024.
